Is it possible to sign the declaration with any electronic signature?
If you are just a registered sole proprietor, you can sign the first Declaration with any CEP, it is recognized by the State Tax Service to sign the reporting documents. If you have already submitted Declarations, they need to be signed only by the CEP, which was signed earlier, because it is recognized as a tax.

What to do if a tax-certified CEP has expired?
All CAAs in Ukraine send notifications to the tax authorities about the termination of CEPs used by entrepreneurs. Therefore, after the expiration of the recognized CEP, update it or just order a new one, and the tax will recognize it when signing the first declaration.
