Yes, but only in countries with which we have common borders.
Currently, you can leave Ukraine if you have the following identity documents:
Foreign passport (recommended document)
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine
Driver’s license
Insurance and code certificates are not required for border crossing.
If you do not have these documents, you can try to leave the documents in force.
