TODAY THE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY IN THE ACTION MOBILE APPLICATION.
The second phase of the program (2-3 quarters of 2022) will propose an alternative accrual mechanism, which is currently being worked on.
To receive funds, Ukrainians need:
download the “Action” application and log in to it;
make sure that the mobile application “Action” has a “green” COVID certificate of two doses of vaccination;
go to the Services section and select eSupport;
issue an account is Supported through the mobile application Action, by following the link in the online bank, or in advance in one of the partner banks;
complete the registration on the prompts and wait for the funds to be credited to the account within a few days.
Funds can be spent on a season ticket to the gym or fitness club, tickets to the cinema, theater, museum, railway and air tickets for travel to Ukraine, and books.
The list of services is planned to be gradually expanded, and the Government is currently working out a mechanism for providing UAH 1,000. to buy medicines in pharmacies for Ukrainians over 60 years old.
Funds are provided for 4 months from the date of receipt, they can be spent both online and offline (by cashless payment through the terminal at the company’s box office).
Banks will recognize the category of goods or services when paying, so it will be impossible to spend money for purposes other than those provided by the program, transfer them to the card, and withdraw cash.
