The following rules must be observed for safety when passing the checkpoint:
reduce the speed of the car to the specified mark;
to prepare in advance the documents certifying the identity of the citizen of Ukraine, or the documents certifying the special status for the check;
If the documents are missing, they may be delayed until the circumstances are clarified.
turn off the headlights, turn on the emergency light;
video recording is prohibited;
not to get out of the car without the permission of the military;
answer military questions clearly;
at the request of the military to open the trunk and inspect the car (interior, things, luggage, cargo);
The military has the right to conduct a superficial inspection of things with the use of special tools.
Superficial inspection is carried out by a person of the appropriate sex. If such a person is absent, then only with the use of special devices.
You need to show the contents of personal belongings or cars.
do not pick up sharply after the inspection and permission to continue driving;
communicate calmly and politely with the military.
If your rights are violated during the checkpoint, given the martial law, try to keep calm and politely explain that you do not intend to evade your civic duties, but, in time, you are not a violator.
Remember:
️The delivery of summons at the checkpoint is not provided by law;
️Moldier men are not prohibited from moving through the territory of Ukraine;
detention of a person and seizure of relevant items at the checkpoint is possible only by the CPC or the Code of Administrative Offenses.
️In case of danger, the military may open fire at the checkpoint.
