An employee may not be admitted to work, including on probation, without concluding an employment contract executed by order or order of the owner. or its authorized body, and notification of the State Tax Service on hiring an employee in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers (Part 3 of Article 24 of the Labor Code).
It should be noted that the establishment of the employee test on a free basis is not provided by the legislation of Ukraine. The employee must be paid during the probationary period in accordance with the established conditions.
